    COH
    Nathan Peters' COH will be this Sunday 2 3pm.

    We need a final head count for food.

    Adults
    Please see the attached BSA policy regarding
    Youth Protection, and registration.

    There will NOT be a troop meeting this week.
    We will see you next week.  Dry out those tents! 

    Merit Badges
    We will be offering the following Merit Badges to Start
    Next Week: 09.26.18

    A Week:
    Digital Technology   
    Personal Finance - Eagle Required
    (Must be in 8th grade or above)

    B Week:
    Pets
    Citizenship in the Nation - Eagle Required

    Dues
    We will be collecting Dues for the 2019 year.  Dues will be
    $110 per Scout, a discount will be given to
    families with multiple scouts.  Dues will be due by NOVEMBER 14th.
    Please see Mrs. Arakkal with you payment or
    questions.

    Welcome back, we're looking forward to seeing all of you!

    Librarian - please bring back the library. 
    Scouts who have merit badge books need to return them to
    the library.

    Tents & tarps, if you have one from last year, please return.
    Block Island Campers can take until the next meeting to
    return their tents. 

    Adults: Youth Protection needs to be updated by
    September 30th. 

    Also,  BSA now requires any adult who wants
    to help with the troop to be both Registered  & have 
    Youth Protect.  Please consider signing up & helping out. 

    Last, we are still in need of adults to do Merit Badges. 
    Please take a look online at the list and consider
    helping out and teaching a class.

    Great meeting all, just a few last minute items.

    Adults need to bring their own tents.
    Remember to bring sun screen and bug spray.
    You WILL need to bring your own bowls, utensils, hot mugs
    & Nalgene bottles (We suggest 2 Nalgene if you drink a lot).
    Bring your own snacks. 

    Revised meeting time 5:50am.

    This is a residential street, please be courteous, no one else will be
    awake!  We need to unload and load the vehicles that are going on the trip.
