  • Sad news.... passing of Mr. Smith's mother.
    It is with sadness to announce  the passing of Mr. Smith's mother today.  Arrangements  information will be posted once it is known.

    Attention Committee Members and Adults going to summer camp there will be a Merit Badge Blue Card Signing and committee meeting at the  Jaichner’s  house on Tuesday July 7th, 2015 at 0645 PM.  Please contact Mr. Jaichner at  for directions.

    We will be leaving for camp on Saturday July 11, 2015 at 05:45 AM from Echo Lake. Please be there at 0515 am. The bus will be loaded at 0530 am and we will depart promptly at 0545 AM. It is expected we will arrive at camp approximately 0600 PM.  There will be at least 2 rest stops along the way and depending on construction traffic possibly a dinner stop prior to our arrival at camp.

    If you are driving to camp and not leaving on Saturday, please be at the camp on Sunday July 13, 2015 by 1145 AM

    Please bring a snack and lunch for the bus ride or if you are driving with someone. If you are not packing your own lunch please have extra money for lunch and dinner for the ride to and from camp.

    There are still some medicals and Outdoor Program Parental Release forms still due. Please get them in.

    We also need to file a Tour Permit with the camp, council and national. If you are driving please contact Mr. Weldon at  with your car, insurance information and scouts you are transporting

  • Have a great Summer!!!

    Some will be going to Summer Camp - you will have a great adventure that you will always remember. Others have other commitments, Sports, Band, vacations and yes even jobs.

      What ever you are doing please be safe and have fun. The troop will start meeting when schools starts in September.

    Summer Camp o only a few weeks away. There will be a mandatory Summer Camp meeting after the Court Of Honor

    Attached is  the What to Bring to Summer Camp Item Sheet with Camp Raven Knob Address and Telephone #

     There are quite a few Medical Forms/ Insurance Cards and Outdoor Activity Permission Forms still not handed in.

    Please get them in on at the Court Of Honor / Summer Camp Meeting. The scouts will not be allowed to stay at camp or be permitted to participate      in camp activities with out them  

    If any parents are driving scouts to camp please see Mr. Weldon with your vehicle/ Insurance information along with the scouts you are taking.

    Tour permits and travel information has to be filed with BSA Council and Camp Raven Knob

  • Reminder - No Troop Meeting Wed - Troop COH/Summer camp meeting on Thursday

    Just as a reminder, no troop meeting Wednesday. There will be a Troop court of Honor on Thursday followed by a Summer Camp Meeting

  • Thank You all
    On behalf of the Espinos, Reinknecht and Yim families, we would like to thank you for attending John's, Kevin's and Sean's eagle court of honor.  Your presence contributed to a fun and memorable event.  We also thank everyone for your well wishes. 

    Special thanks to the 3 brownies that led us in the pledge of allegiance and being in the honor guard, and all the participants that helped in the ceremony.

    Just got emailed that the event is cancelled on account of the weather.  Freehold Challenger expressed their thanks to all those who were going to help and the troop's continued support.
