    All,

We are trying to get our registration for summer camp complete ad ensure the troop participants receive the proper discounts. As with our boys who are involved in summer sports and school activities, summer and monthly camping / outdoor activities are an important part of your son’s growth in scouting. Whether it’s the scouts first or last summer camp the experiences and memories are priceless. These experiences and memories sometimes lead to new hobbies or even career choices.

A $50 deposit was due January 18, 2012; this date came and went with very little notice. Revolutionary Council requires payment of 3 installments. A lot of behind the scenes planning, scheduling, programming, ordering and procurement takes place between the camp and the troop to ensure your son receives the best possible program there is to offer.

To insure price discounts and penalties do not occur to you or the troop it is important we adhere to the payment schedule as outlined in the weekly announcements, flyer and troop website. With that said, we are asking your first payment be submitted by Wednesday February 8tht, 2012. If your deposit is not received we assume your boy is not participating in summer camp in 2012. If there financial concerns please make arrangements with Mrs. Negron.

As always if there are any questions or concerns please see myself, Mr. Smith, Mrs. Morris or Mrs. Negron.

    Respectfully, John Cataudella
