Hey guys, 

Thank you for all of the help yesterday.  We accomplished a lot and the forms look great.  Weather permitting, we are going to pour and shape the cement this coming Saturday November 28.  If you are able to come help, it would be greatly appreciated.  The information is below.

Battle of Monmouth Hike, November 21

The Battle of Monmouth Hike is scheduled for this Saturday the 21st 
We will meet at Quail Hill at the Lawrence Lodge Parking Lot at 8AM

This will be a ten mile hike on roads and trails ending at the Craig House on Schibanoff lane
We expect to arrive at the Craig House about 2 or 3 PM but we will advise the actual time at least an hour in advance
Parents are welcome to accompany us on the hike, but we ask that you make arrangements to be picked up at the the Craig House at the end of the hike 

Scouts will need to bring
- a day pack
- water
- lunch
- snacks

Wear good hiking shoes and dress for the weather, dress in layers

We are planning to hold a Zoom pre meeting to view the Hike Video - stay tuned for further details on that

I have attached a permission slip, please bring your signed permission slip to the meeting this Wednesday

Please arrive by 6:45 for screening

As we all know Covid-19 Cases are once again on the rise,  extreme caution must be taken to continue face to face meetings. 


*  We have to ask that anyone that has traveled or lives with someone that has traveled to one of the 45 restricted states follow those guideline of quarantining for 14-days upon returning to the state which means YOU CAN NOT ATTEND TROOP MEETINGS AND EVENTS!



The new camp rules requires us to complete a health screening form for everyone (scout, parent or guardians)that is going to be on camp property even for just drop off and pickup.


1.  Temperature upon arrival at camp?  THIS WILL BE DONE ON ARRIVAL

2.  Fever Reducing Medication Administered?

3.  Symptoms, fever, cough or Shortness of Breath?

4.  Households Members with Symptoms of fever, cough or Shortness of Breath?

5.  Close Contacted with Anyone Diagnosed with Covid 19 in the past 14 days?




Covid Meeting Guidelines

• Masks must be worn at all times and social distancing must be observed

• A current 2020 Annual Health Record must be on file with the troop before anyone can attend

• NO sharing of any equipment

Camping Trip: Meeting at Taunton at 5:30

We will be meeting at Taunton School at 5:30 to complete the Covid screening process  
The new camp rules require us to complete the screening and the firms before going to the camp
Everyone must meet at Taunton before going to Quail Hill

We also ask that anyone who has a tent or a tarp please bring it to Taunton at 5:30 this evening, even if you are not camping with us this weekend
